Leadership is one of the most rewarding roles there is, yet it is becoming increasingly challenging. The new generation, in particular, expects a leadership style that provides clear direction while allowing ample room for autonomy and personal development.
I am happy to support you in this inspiring role. Below are some of the questions I can help you with:
Fewer rules, more responsibility. Less control, more trust. That is modern leadership — the key to keeping employees engaged and enabling your organization to grow. But this way of leading requires a great deal of energy and can often feel as though you are on your own — lonely at the top.
I am happy to support you in this inspiring role. Below are some of the questions I can help you with:
How do you lead across different generations in the workplace? (interactive workshop, coaching)
Countless articles have been written about Gen Z. It is a generation that brings new energy and fresh perspectives into organizations, but also different expectations and values. This calls for agile leadership. What worked in the past — “in our day, that wouldn’t have been acceptable” — is no longer sufficient.
My advice? Start from diversity and complementarity between the different generations. Let go of stereotypes and enter into dialogue. Organizations that succeed in attracting young talent while fully leveraging the experience of senior employees create a strong foundation for sustainable growth.
Concretely, I offer an interactive half-day workshop for leaders and teams. Without falling into clichés, you will gain clear insights into what drives different generations, how they view work and leadership, and above all: what this means for your role as a leader and how to apply it within your organization.
The workshop combines academically grounded insights with my experience in building an attractive company culture for every generation.

How do I prepare my team for a successful change process? (Interactive workshop, team coaching & change journey guidance)
Through a workshop or webinar, I make clear why change is so difficult and how — through clear communication and by creating the right context — you can realize change together. Drawing on my experience with concrete transformation projects, I advise and guide you and your organization towards successful change.
Change is the only constant today. To remain relevant, both leaders and their teams must stay open to renewal and continuously adapt. Yet every change process inevitably triggers resistance and uncertainty. Successful change requires more than an action plan or a timeline: above all, it requires leadership that provides direction, inspires employees, and builds trust.
Many change initiatives fail not because timelines are unclear or budgets insufficient, but because insufficient attention is given to the human dimension. Leadership, engagement, and clear communication are key elements in successful change projects.
This way, change becomes not something that happens to employees, but something they actively help shape.

Becoming a leader – how do you grow into your role? (coaching, mentoring)
Becoming a leader sometimes happens faster than expected. You step into a new role, sometimes without much experience or preparation. Suddenly, you are managing a team, conducting difficult conversations, or dealing with tensions and expectations — without anyone truly explaining how to do so.
In my guidance, I support leaders who want to grow in their role. For example, when you have just started as a manager, when tensions arise within your team, or when you are questioning your approach and leadership style. Depending on your needs, I take on the role of coach or mentor.
–> as a coach, I ask targeted questions that help you arrive at your own insights and solutions.
–> as a mentor, I share my own experience, actively think along with you, and provide concrete advice on the situations you are currently facing.
This way, you are not alone — and you can grow in your leadership role with greater confidence, clarity, and peace of mind.
Giving and receiving feedback: how do you build an open feedback culture? (interactive workshop, strategic advisory)
Feedback is an essential part of collaboration and growth, yet in many teams it remains difficult. Feedback is postponed, wrapped in indirect language, or avoided altogether due to fear of conflict.
In two workshop sessions, you will discover why “giving and receiving feedback” is such a powerful lever for growth — as an individual, a team, and an organization. We explore the conditions and dynamics needed to create a true open feedback culture. Trust, psychological safety, and leadership are key.
The workshop explores successful examples (Netflix, AFAS Software, etc.), complemented by my practical experience in smaller organizations.
Designing a People & Leadership strategy that fits your organization ? (strategic advisory)
A clear People & Leadership strategy tailored to your organization is a fundamental building block for creating an attractive company culture. Together, we examine the entire employee journey — from first contact to farewell — and I provide practical advice on where growth opportunities lie and what role leaders can play in this process.
