Every organization and every leader is different. That means every support or advisory request is unique. This is what makes my work so engaging — and why I always tailor my knowledge and experience to your specific context and needs.
Below you will find a number of elements that characterize my way of working and my approach:

Use of validated tools and methodologies
In my coaching and advisory work, I exclusively use scientifically validated tools and methodologies. I draw on knowledge and methods acquired through various trainings (Vlerick Business School, Behavioral Design Academy, Better Minds, etc.), complemented and applied through my practical experience as a manager.
Over the years, I have learned which methods and templates are most effective in helping leaders and teams grow and navigate change processes. One of the models I rely on is the IGLO model. Employees thrive when they feel autonomous, connected, and competent. Leaders play a key role in this by ensuring support, clarity, and the right resources at every level — individual, group, leadership, and organizational level.
An initial conversation to get to know you and your organization
I always start with a no-obligation intake conversation. This can take place online, over a coffee, or — preferably — during a short walk.
During that conversation, I primarily listen and ask thoughtful questions. Where does your organization stand today? What questions or tensions are present within your team? What challenges are you facing as a leader?
The purpose of the conversation is to gain clarity on how I can genuinely add value.
Focus to every step of the employee journey
Many companies and leaders understand the importance of managing every customer touchpoint — the customer journey. Your employees deserve that same level of attention, as they form the foundation of your success.
To build a sustainable and attractive company culture, I look at the entire employee journey: from first contact and recruitment to onboarding, growth, development, and eventually farewell.
At each of these moments, you as a leader can make the difference. Attention to the moments that matter shapes how people experience your organization, how engaged they feel, and how intrinsically motivated they remain to contribute and help shape change.
By asking critical questions — and offering advice grounded in my experience — I help you clarify what your employee value proposition is or could be. What do you offer as an employer and as a leader? How do you stand out in the war for talent? And is that proposition coherent, credible, and truly reflected in everyday practice?
Genuine attention to your employees is the best investment you can make as a company and as a leader. Engaged and motivated employees go the extra mile, create satisfied customers, embrace innovation, and drive strong business results.
Transparent pricing
I work with a reference day rate of €1,000. This reflects my experience, expertise, and professional commitment in every engagement.
Depending on the specific collaboration and the context of your organization, pricing arrangements can be discussed. The nature and duration of the assignment define the framework. We discuss this openly and transparently during the intake conversation.
No cure, no pay
When you engage an expert or consultant, you should expect quality and tangible added value. That goes without saying.
Should it turn out during our collaboration that my advice or support does not meet your expectations, we will jointly assess how to adjust or, if necessary, conclude the assignment. Sincerity, transparency, and open feedback are essential to me.
Hence: no cure, no pay.
Company culture and leadership strategy to strength the business
What distinguishes my approach is that I consistently connect leadership and company culture to business reality. Drawing on my experience as a general manager, I consciously link leadership to customer growth, business development, and financial performance.
This ensures that leadership and culture do not remain abstract concepts, but become concrete levers for sustainable growth and measurable results.
